International encounters

International encounters and projects are firmly linked to the founding idea of the Max Mannheim Study Centre. Getting to know and comparing different perspectives enables a differentiated and critical view of the past and present. Dialogue is at the heart of regular multinational networking. Personal contact, shared experiences and “thinking outside the box” are what make international encounters so exciting and enriching – they help to counter prejudices and develop an open view of the world.
