German-Czech exchange

The Max Mannheimer Study Centre has been carrying out German-Czech projects, in particular youth encounters, for many years. The programmes for young people from the Czech Republic and Germany focus on the history of National Socialism and the history of the former Dachau concentration camp. Based on this, the participants work together on questions about the past and the future. What can we learn from history? What significance does history have for our coexistence in Europe today and in particular the close ties between Germany and the Czech Republic?

Our German-Czech encounters are financed by third-party funds. There is a small contribution for the participants.

The programme is planned to suit the target group. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
